We use it to know what you need and to look for local help.
Sharing
We use your facts for your job. We share them only with the provider for that job. We do not sell your phone or email.
Records
We keep job facts when we need them for the work, law, safety, or a claim. If you save your work, we may keep what you typed. We may call or write to help you finish. This does not let us share it with a provider. You may ask us to fix or delete your data when the law lets us.
Website measurement
We use tools to keep the site working. You may also let us use Meta tools. They show us which ads help. If you choose “Allow,” Meta may get site, request, checkout, and order events. Meta may also get one-way coded versions of your email, phone, name, general area, and City Works record number. We do not send Meta your job notes, files, full address, or card details. You can choose “Necessary only.”
Service terms
Role
City Works checks your request and finds local help. We link you to a provider. We do not do, watch, check, or promise the work.
Service Provider terms
The service provider is not part of City Works. They set the price, date, job plan, terms, and safe work rules.
Fees
Connect is $19 for one request at one location. Home 10 is $99 a year for up to 10 requests at one named home; it can add one named location and 10 more requests for $75 a year. Property Unlimited is $499 a year for unlimited provider-search requests across multiple properties for one authorized account holder, with no added-location fee. Applicable tax is additional. The City Works fee is separate from the service provider bill. Existing Estate 25 subscriptions retain their accepted terms.

We cannot promise how soon a service provider will be ready. We also cannot promise the price, date, permit, insurance coverage, or work result. After you pay, City Works will find you local help.
Safety
You and the service provider must check all permits, trade rules, insurance, and safe work needs. City Works is not for an emergency.
Responsibility
The service provider is in charge of the job. This includes staff, tools, cars, tax, permits, insurance, the job site, clean-up, harm, and claims. A City Works check is not a promise of good work.
